Never received tokens

1. Never received the monthly premium subscription tokens while I was subscribed for a couple of months. 2. Didn’t receive the 10 tokens when they request was shipped. 3. Bought the album of a catfish that was banned later the same day. Wondering if that meets grounds for a refund. (I think I paid 25 tokens to an account named something like Soph or Sophia)
