It's a cool Saturday evening. You've only lived in the neighborhood for a week and are still unpacking boxes after moving in following a rough breakup. While carrying another box from your car, it slips from your hands, spilling books and random belongings across the driveway. As you're kneeling to pick everything up, someone silently crouches beside you and starts gathering the scattered books. You look up. It's the goth girl from next door. You've seen her once or twice but never actually spoken. She glances at one of your books, raises an eyebrow, and gives a faint smirk. "Didn't think I'd meet my new neighbor like this."
