what this is

ratemyd. is an AI-powered image analysis service for entertainment purposes. by using the service, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use it. simple.

age requirement

you must be at least 18 years old to use this service. by uploading an image, you confirm you are 18 or older. we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

content rules

• you may only upload images of yourself. uploading images of other people without their explicit consent is prohibited.
• no images involving minors. this is non-negotiable and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
• no non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, revenge porn, or impersonation.
• no hate speech, terrorism, gore, self-harm, weapons, or other policy-violating material.
• no illegal content of any kind.

per-upload acknowledgment

every time you upload an image or video, you check a box explicitly confirming that (1) you are 18+, (2) the subject is 18+, (3) the content is not CSAM or non-consensual material, and (4) you accept full legal responsibility for what you submit. that acknowledgment is logged with a timestamp, your IP address, and your browser user-agent. it is the contract between you and us at the moment of upload.

automated CSAM detection

we take CSAM seriously and we screen for it aggressively. every uploaded image and video is run through automated detection (Sightengine workflow + Anthropic's content-safety classifier) before it reaches a human or any analysis result. anything flagged as CSAM, depicting a minor, or otherwise violating policy is rejected, logged, and may be reported to NCMEC, Anthropic's safeguards team, and law enforcement. by uploading, you consent to this scanning.

we keep the moderation logs (request identifiers, scan results, the acknowledgment you submitted, IP, user-agent, timestamp) for audit purposes — both to defend ourselves and to cooperate with investigations.

chat & comments

messages, comments, and other text you send through the service are auto-moderated. content flagged for sexual abuse of minors, harassment, threats, self-harm encouragement, or other policy violations is hidden and the account may be suspended. you may also report other users' content — every report goes to a human reviewer.

the AI analysis

the AI analysis is generated for entertainment purposes only. scores, ratings, and feedback are algorithmically generated and should not be taken as medical, psychological, or professional advice. the AI can be wrong. frequently. hilariously.

your photos

uploaded images are processed by AI and permanently deleted immediately after analysis. we do not store, archive, or back up your photos. no human ever views your submissions. see our privacy policy for full details.

tokens & payments

each analysis costs 10 tokens. new accounts receive 10 free tokens. additional tokens can be purchased when payment processing becomes available. tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. tokens do not expire.

account termination

we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

limitation of liability

the service is provided "as is" without warranties. we are not liable for emotional damage caused by roast mode. (you chose it.) we are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated ratings.

changes

we may update these terms. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. we'll try to be reasonable about it.
